Our origins:
Rooted in the Kraichgau region.
- 1983: Company is founded – Sinsheim
- 2001: Construction of the new production building in Sinsheim –
start of serial manufacturing for pre-chamber spark plugs - 2005: Six Sigma quality management methods are introduced
- 2007: Building expansion, doubling the production area
- 2012: Move to a new production and office site in Zuzenhausen
- 2014: Recognized as a Platinum Supplier by Caterpillar, Inc.
- 2015: For the first time a multitorch pre-chamber spark plug is used
in motor sports - 2016: First victory by a car with a multitorch pre-chamber spark plug in a Formula 1 race
- 2017: A car with a multitorch pre-chamber spark plug wins
the Le Mans 24-hour race - 2018: World record set on the Nürburgring Nordschleife course by a
Porsche with a multitorch pre-chamber spark plug - 2022: Granted the Caterpillar Supplier Excellence Award
- 2023: Expansion of the production building
- 2023: Award as “Employer of the Future” by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind)

We work on our excellent products with great passion. In order to keep meeting our high standards, we maintain close contacts with our customers, track their needs carefully, and fulfill them with customized, technologically high-class solutions. For multitorch, reliable quality means:
- Our products and manufacturing processes are innovative and high-quality.
- We invest in new processes, regularly expand our capacity, and continuously update our machine park.
- Everyone who works at our company is responsible for quality. Our goal is a zero-error product. We use the Six Sigma method.
- We plan our production efficiently, on an “as-needed” basis. Everything is under one roof!
- In the area of sales, we focus as closely as possible on the customer. Our customers rate us as a “TOP” Tier supplier.
Where We Are at Home:
Sportsmanship and Innovation.
As close as we are to nature in Zuzenhausen, peak sporting performance is equally at home here, thanks to the TSG 1899 Hoffenheim training center. The town has around 2,200 residents – and it is also top in its class for engine technology. The multitorch production facility has a lot to offer: Zuzenhausen is in a good location near highway B45, just 8 km from Sinsheim and 55 km from Karlsruhe. There is plenty of parking for visitors and employees on the premises. The public transportation situation is good, too. Our production site is just one kilometer from the Zuzenhausen rail station. You can reach us easily from Sinsheim, Neckargemünd, Waibstadt, and Heidelberg. Moreover, Zuzenhausen is a family-friendly place, with its own preschool and elementary school. As a JobRad employer, we also make an active contribution to the sustainable mobility and health of our team.

Meeting customers’ needs and ensuring the highest quality is at the heart of all we do. We act responsibly and make sure the company has a sustainable focus in every area.
Regionality is close to our hearts: For instance, we prefer to work with suppliers who are regional, medium-sized enterprises. We are a dual education partner of DHBW in Mosbach, and we work with the University of Applied Science Karlsruhe. Together with the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), we train students at Friedrich Hecker School in Sinsheim. To help people with handicaps, we support the Kraichgau workshop and partner with the SRH in Neckargemünd on vocational training. And because we are rooted in the region, we also support the campaign Anpfiff ins Leben e.V.
